She has spent a lot of time in carefully checking all measurements and steps. It’s hard to imagine a better introduction to a rich national cuisine than this book by Sahni, a long-time NYC cooking teacher who was born and raised in India. Devika Teja, the co-author, wrote the spiral-bound recipe booklet that accompanied the book.
